Two new games have recently been integrated in the latest version of Puzzlemaniak for Apple’s iPhone. Version 0.8 of the homebrew game developed by Alex now contains a total of 27 games, as well as other minor fixes included in the current build.
Those of you who’ve been waiting for the online downloadable version of the game, the developer also noted that Puzzlemaniak v0.8 is finally available on Installer through Modmyiphone. In addition, a bug tied to the online scores feature was taken care of.

Here’s some big news for the guys who’ve been enjoying the past few releases of ZodTTD’s gpSPhone GBA emulator for the iPhone. The developer has just announced the release of this homebrew’s v1.7.0 beta.
This new build will feature, among other things, better overall performance and improved sounds. Here’s the changelog (quoting ZodTTD’s post):
Those planning to run the new build will first need to properly set the GBA game directory on the iPhone to have world writable permissions. You’ll also need to have the proper GBA BIOS file gba_bios.bin file loaded in your phone to avoid errors.

Engadget has posted screenshots of the newest iPhone 2.0 Beta which was just released yesterday. One of the big features added to the latest beta is the ability to search contacts.
